The position
As our Experienced Validation Professional, you will be driving the global validation for our improvement and innovation projects of the new and existing AM Production facilities.

Your initial objective will be to support new and ongoing innovation projects from idea phase until first implementation at a production sites. The support will include close collaboration with the project managers, our manufacturing facilities, and specialists to define our global user requirements, test plans etc. and developing and maturing the right concepts together with our internal engineers and external partners.

You will be responsible for establishing the documentation package for the developed solutions and you will take part in the testing and qualification at the first installations.

In your role you will be working closely together with our production sites around the world with occasional travel activity. Moreover, you will be expected to regularly commute between our two sites located in Bagsværd and Gentofte.

Qualifications
To succeed int this role, you have:

  • An Academic Degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or another relevant scientific field.

  • Some years of experience as a Process- or Validation Professional/Engineer within cGMP environment and preferably have experience related to aseptic manufacturing requirements.

  • A good understanding of science and technical aspects of the aseptic manufacturing processes.

  • An innovative and Lean mindset.

  • Professional proficiency in English.

About the department
In the Aseptic Manufacturing, Technology and Innovation, Engineering, we drive innovation and develop technologies to prepare Novo Nordisk Aseptic Manufacturing for the future. We scale our production to serve more patients through a compliant and efficient production network on the forefront of technology.

We are responsible for development of equipment and systems from ideation until the first successful pilot implementation. Our skills include aseptic manufacturing and process expertise, mechanical design, automation, robotics, modelling, simulation, and equipment validation. We are responsible for a Development Test Center in Kalundborg and an Innovation lab in Bagsværd. Out Our team currently counts app. 50 employees plus students and consultants. We are an engaged, diverse, and international team working primarily from our offices in Bagsværd, Gentofte and Kalundborg.
