The Position

As a Omnichannel Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Guide markets based on their MCE Maturity in defining campaign logics, segments, and activation of the optimal channels and content for a great customer experience.
  • Partner with markets to define the optimal channel mix, helping them reach the right customers at the right time via the right channel.
  • Onboard and support markets in their multichannel engagement efforts.
  • Manage and coordinate projects to drive regional MCE priorities.
  • Facilitate and communicate effectively to ensure alignment and adoption of multichannel engagement strategies.
  • Work on MBR and QBR to demonstrate the progress of MCE in the region.
  • Track KPIs and ensure compliance with established standards.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or BTech/ BE in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication.
  • 5+ years of experience as (Senior) Project Manager and/or Account Manager in similar size organization.
  • Deep knowledge and previous experience with (digital) pharma marketing is a requirement.
  • Knowledge of and experience with email marketing and marketing automation is required.
  • Knowledge of and experience with SFMC (or other marketing automation tools) as well as features/functionalities available to build and execute campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to translate marketing/sales requirements into functional campaign possibilities based on platforms and tools available.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholders involved.
  • Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, and focused on delivering the best possible experience for affiliates and local customers (Healthcare Professionals)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented climate, across functional areas and multiple locations.
  • We support several markets so ability to speak other languages is a plus.

About the Department

The commercial GBS department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, market intel, forecasting, multichannel customer engagement planning, global brand strategy, and tactics. Our team comprises project management, brand management, brand communications, and life cycle management of a product. The job is based at our headquarters, where we foster a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere to drive innovation and success.
