The position
Due to the overwhelming demand for our new obesity treatment, we are increasing our production capacity, therefore, we are investing in a state-of-the-art isolator filling line to ensure compliance and exceptional productivity.
Currently we are in project phase, and you will play a crucial role in supporting the project ramp up and achieving the production readiness, so there will be various exciting opportunities to learn and contribution.

As Senior Equipment Engineer/Responsible, you will:

  • Drive the technical aspects of our production equipment ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Focus on validation, calibration, maintenance and optimization of the filling line equipment.
  • Take on equipment responsibility to ensure readiness for production within pharmaceutical industry's requirements.

Your responsibilities are not limited to but include:

  • Providing daily technical support with expert knowledge for validation activities, handling incidents, change requests, deviations handling, and cross organizational, optimization/improvement projects.
  • Playing a key role in problem-solving, document approval, and ensuring solutions align with industry standards.
  • Engaging in a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment, aiming for operational excellence.

You will join a dedicated team who are great at sharing both challenges and victories. we work closely with other stakeholders ensuring the filling line is qualified, validated and getting ready for production and in future will be well maintained in its validated state.

Qualifications
Your experiences include:

  • An academic degree in engineering, natural science, pharmacy, Marine Engineering (maskinmester) or similar.
  • Ideally, 2+ years of working experience in a technical support/engineer role from the pharmaceutical industry, or another regulated industry.
  • A technical mindset and experience with validation and handling deviations is a big advantage.
  • High degree of independence, good decision skills, and able to prioritize tasks and good communicator.
  • Experience with GMP and LEAN methodologies is an advantage.
  • Good in written and oral both Danish and English.

On a personal level, you see yourself as self-driven, with technical and analytical mindset, keen on understanding complex processes, equipment, and problems at shopfloor, have a sharp eye for quality, takes initiative and adapt flexibility to changes.

And finally, your positive, open demeanor and good communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with a broad range of different stakeholders at organizational level.

About the department
The Aseptic filling department is responsible for filling several of products through a state-of-the-art- isolator filling line, suited in a grade C area. Currently, the production line is not yet operational, and our team is dedicated to bringing the line and the equipment into full operation while managing our daily basis tasks.
The department compromises over 75 dedicated employees.
