The Position

As an Environmental Monitoring Professional for a Project Team, you will have a key role in our team for Environmental Projects & Support, where we work on end-to-end implementation projects, and help ensuring simple but robust solutions into our EM setup.

You will participate in or lead small and large projects, and manage project scope, plan, resources, risks, and benefits, securing timely execution. Your tasks will include creating and updating operational and qualification documents; and ensuring standard alignments with other Novo Nordisk AP sites. You will handle more complex deviations and change requests. Also, you will lead systematic problem-solving activities and ensure that your projects stakeholders are always heard, properly involved and informed.

The main tasks will be to:

  • Work on projects to implement new EM requirements into our facility.
    Ensure Clean room designs in compliance with authorities and Novo Nordisk requirements.

  • Develop EM sampling programs in compliance with Novo Nordisk requirements.
    Facilitate and plan EM Risk Assessment workshops and room qualifications.

  • Ensure correct and adequate SOPs, job instructions and training of operators and environmental assistants.

  • Analyse EM data to identify and lead optimization initiatives.


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:
• A master’s or PhD degree within natural science, pharmaceutical science, engineering and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in EM.
• Experience within GMP, environmental monitoring, Clean-room design in manufacturing (preferably aseptic) environments.
• Experience with isolator technology or digitalization of EM-related documentation would be an advantage.
• Experience with LEAN, optimisation and systematic troubleshooting is a plus.
• Previously worked with documentation, qualification, change requests and deviations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Danish.

Most of all, you are a master in the art of collaboration, but you are ready to take the lead on discovering and defining opportunities to drive our projects forward.

It is an advantage if you have experience with project management including cross-functional communication and stakeholder management, project planning, risk management and deliverable tracking.

The team Environmental Projects & Support is a part of the department for Production Support, EHS & EM in Aseptic Manufacturing Bagsværd. The departments objectives are among others operation and improvement of environment monitoring of the production. We are a strong team of energetic people with a focus on solving challenges in collaboration with each other and our stakeholders.
