The position

We are looking for a IT Validation Engineer to work with our future validation activities across our department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Validation of computerized equipment and machine learning models

  • Engage in the standardizing of requirements across expansion programs for new production lines

  • Secure the right level of validation for new IT/OT systems

  • Support the process of developing and optimizing our approach to validation, requirements setting, and testing, ensuring we test and validate the right things at the right level

  • Work with our teams on validation aspects when delivering documentation, test plans and requirements

In Global Intralogistics & Future Operational Technology our aim is to explore and develop scalable manufacturing technologies and ensure they are applied to the new production lines in Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced IT Validation Engineer that can work closely together with our Validation Specialist for IT/OT validation in the department. As we are working in a complex technical environment, experience within IT/OT, automation and manufacturing technologies is an advantage but not a prerequisite.

We are eager to meet candidates who ideally have:

  • A Master degree in Pharmaceutical science, Chemistry, Engineering, IT or similar

  • Extensive experience in working with validation in the pharmaceutical industry and/or manufacturing.

  • Experience from IT/OT, robotics or related field is an advantage but not a requirement

  • Fluent in English both oral and written

Global Intralogistics & Future Operational Technology is a growing department, within Device Manufacturing Development, consisting of highly skilled people in the domain of robotics and operational technology. We are an innovative department who strive to meet the complex needs of Novo Nordisk production facilities and stay at the forefront of manufacturing technology.

Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) is a part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. At FPM, we not only manufacture all finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases, we also use our competencies to drive technology leadership and improve standards across our core technologies to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.

Here, we are responsible for the manufacturing of all finished products, including devices, needles, assembly, and packaging.
