Position Description
As an HEOR Project Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the editorial process in collaboration with vendors and strategists to deliver drafts and final versions of project documents, including pre-reads and final presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Manage the vendor onboarding process and ensure all standard documentation, such as organizational charts, onboarding materials, stakeholder grids, and ways of working, are kept current and easily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support by documenting and distributing meeting minutes, scheduling and facilitating meetings, and overseeing the departmental activity calendar to ensure smooth team operations.
  • Oversee contract management and purchase order (PO) tracking across the HEOR team, ensuring alignment with budget and compliance standards.
  • Assist with the development of training and onboarding materials, supporting both the delivery of standard training curriculum and management of SOP and non-SOP-related content.
  • Introduce and implement project management best practices, develop risk registers, and streamline operations by investigating and deploying tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability for the growing organization.

Required Qualifications

Need to have:

  • A university degree in business, healthcare, or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, working in areas like Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Clinical trials, HEOR, or alike.
  • 2 years of experience coordinating projects for the pharma industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to have:

  • Project management software knowledge.
  • PMP certification.
