The position
As an SAP EWM Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the standard SAP EWM template to support the required business processes.
- Drive the SAP EWM solution and assist in EWM configuration including MFS which interfaces to warehouse automation.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other modules and external systems.
- Guide and assist the existing team in troubleshooting, system configuration, and following best practices.
- Engage in dialogue with Product Supply colleagues across the supply chain to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders both in IT and in line of business.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables adhering to GxP requirements.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Advanced SAP EWM functional expertise with a proven implementation and development track record of relevant 7+ years of experience (overall 10+ years of industry experience).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to seek best practice solutions with respect to a standard mindset.
- Experience in presenting information and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
- Experience working in an Agile Organisation.
- Deep knowledge and experience within the SAP EWM module including MFS functionality deployed in automated warehouses.
- Substantial experience in configuring within SAP Logistics modules (MM, WM, SD) and a solid understanding of integration between the modules and systems.
- Experience with the pharmaceutical industry and GxP regulations.
About the department
DD&IT Product Supply, within the Global IT Organisation, is a unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. The team you will be working with comprises highly skilled and passionate project members based primarily in Denmark and India.
