The Position
As the Business Finance & Analytics Sr Manager, you will play a key role in providing strategic support to senior management, ensuring financial alignment with business objectives. Leveraging data analysis and automation tools, you’ll identify trends, opportunities, and risks, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to business units and stakeholders. In addition to leading financial planning and managing the annual budget, you’ll drive digital transformation initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance team. Your main responsibilites will be:

Analyze data to identify trends and risks, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to business areas.

Lead annual financial planning, aligning budget with organizational strategy and monitoring performance.

Develop and refine financial models and business cases, ensuring accuracy and relevance for decision-making.

Drive digital transformation initiatives, improving efficiency in financial processes through technology and automation.

Partner across departments to support strategic projects, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
Qualifications
-
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master`s Degree is preffered.

Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analytics.

At least 3 years in a managerial role, overseeing financial operations and analytics.

Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with regulatory standards.

You have fluent level of English.

It will be considered as an asset if you have background and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
