About the department

Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) is responsible for providing innovative solutions to create value-added services for our customers, such as digital health solutions for patients and healthcare providers. DDIT also enables our frontline teams to engage with customers through digital channels and provides data analytics infrastructure to drive insight and a decision-making culture across the organization.

You will be part of the Finance and Operations Department at Novo Nordisk Philippines. This is a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation meets execution. Located in the heart of Bonifacio Global City, our department excels in cross-functional collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence.

The position
In this role, you will drive digital transformation and development and implementation of digital strategy in the affiliate. You will be a close consulting partner to commercial functions, by interacting across the value chain to align Digital Data & IT (DDI) initiatives with business priorities.
Your main responsibilities include the following:

  • Drive Digital strategy development and implementation across assigned markets.
  • Act as a trusted and consulting partner, ensuring business objectives are supported by innovative DDIT products and projects.
  • Represent DDIT in relevant stakeholder and management forums in the affiliate and Business Area South East Asia, providing value-adding and timely advisory.
  • Locally drive DDIT project execution across functions and own the local implementation of DDIT activities and projects.
  • Identify opportunities and DDIT projects to support business growth and needs across the value chain, while influencing stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Computer Science & Econometrics. Advanced degree (MDs, MBA) ideally within IT strategy, an added advantage.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Digital consultancy related experience, along with Digital/Data/IT/Business management related experience.
