The Global Portfolio Launch Analytics Manager is responsible for supporting portfolio launch activities through data analysis and reporting. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and optimizing launch strategies to maximize market impact and business growth.

The position

As a Global Portfolio Launch Analytics Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:

  • Partner & support the launch planning and operations for all portfolio products by collaborating with different functions within the organization and take ownership of Launch excellence application for respective products.

  • Coordinate data collection and analysis activities for portfolio launches and lead analytical efforts for portfolio launches, including market analysis, and performance tracking.

  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform launch planning and execution also to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track portfolio launch performance and key metrics.

  • Assist in the preparation of, and provide, insights, recommendations, presentations and reports for senior leadership to optimize launch strategies and capacity allocation.

  • Support the launch planning and operations for products by collaborating with different functions within the organization and drive commercial cross-functional collaboration connects and support other launch related connect by other functional departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

About the department

The Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The unit also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders.
