The position
As a Senior Global Implementation Engineer, you will be welcomed into a strong team of Global Project Managers and Implementation Engineers who are supporting and improving our aseptic manufacturing within Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) department.
In your role you can expect the primary tasks to be within aseptic production where you will be responsible for driving global implementations at our sites in China, Brazil, USA, France, and Denmark.
Your responsibilities will include:

Development of implementation strategy.

Leading execution of implementation projects/programs of new technology globally.

Managing stakeholder and supplier relations.

Close collaboration with the tech development team and the technical excellence teams.
Starting in this position you will primarily be executing projects to future proof our filling lines.
The position is based in Bagsværd, but as this position has global impact with our AM sites, you will have the opportunity to travel within the position! Travel is expected to be 4-10 weeks over the course of the year depending on project and personal situation. The team has a dynamic and flexible approach to working where you will have a combination of working onsite, working from home, and working globally!
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

An Academic Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineer, Mechanics, Pharmaceutical Science or relevant.

Some years of experience with technical validation and/or process responsibilities which may include implementation of equipment.

It is advantageous if your experience is from the pharmaceutical industry, in particular manufacturing. But we welcome experience from other highly regulated industries.

Solution oriented mindset, good problem-solving skills and experience working with continuous improvements.

Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is an advantage not a requirement.
As a self-driven individual with a strong focus on quality, you excel in problem-solving and managing complex coordination tasks across a broad stakeholder landscape. You have the ability to maintain a clear overview and efficiently coordinate multiple ongoing activities. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across functions in a global organization.
About the department
You will be a part of the AME Roll-out team, Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME), Product Supply (PS). Your working place will be in Bagsværd, Denmark. The team's mission is to minimize or eliminate human intervention in our production through optimization, robotics, and automation. You will work together with specialist, academics, technicians, and external development partners covering a wide range of disciplines.
