If so, we invite you to join our team as a Senior Project Manager within the Research and Early Development IT domain at Novo Nordisk.


The position
As our Senior Project Manager you will:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met on time and within budget

  • Manage the development and implementation of comprehensive data analytics platforms designed to enhance project valuation and portfolio management

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrate new data sources, and adapt to changes in the R&D structure

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring project milestones are achieved and potential risks are mitigated

  • Lead the development of AI-driven solutions aimed at improving governance and decision-making processes, including managing IT security requirements

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement risk controls


We prefer you work with project team members to provide clear goals and purpose for the projects itself, and ensure effective use of time and resources and build employee motivation. You are good in organizing project teams, assign responsibilities and develop project schedules.


Candidate profile
We expect you have a Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field with a proven experience in project management, particularly in managing complext projects in a dynamic environment.


In addition, you have:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams

  • Experience in data analytics platforms, AI-driven solutions, and IT security requirements are nice to have

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage resources, schedules, and project milestones effectively

You are a strategic thinker and a problem solver with people management skills and have a natural ability to engage your stakeholders.

You will join the Research & Early Development IT (R&ED IT) team based in Måløv, Denmark. Our vision is to be the best enabler of business transformation in the global pharma industry.
