The position

As Organisational Change Manager you will be part of our organisational change management team in Data Science Strategic & Digital Development. You will primarily work within our agile set up and together with the agile teams that are developing our digital solutions. Among other things, enabling the change, around analysis of data from clinical studies.

This includes the development of a new automated, scalable and multilingual statistical computing environment for collecting, managing, and sharing clinical trial data across sources. However, you will also be part of a more central enablement effort of organizational change management as a capability within and across our agile set-up and Line of Business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive and enable the organisational change management activities from planning and conceptualization over engagement and implementation
  • Champion the use of best practice organisational change management standards, tools and processes and collaborate closely with your fellow change agent experts
  • Apply your ability to confidently advice on, challenge and influence organisational culture, mindset and business processes for the benefit of the Line of Business, while at the same time building credibility and trust
  • Enable the development of an organisational change mindset and toolbox across various functions, levels and stakeholders
  • Enforce enhanced communication, transparency and collaboration and alignment across the whole stakeholder landscape
  • Cultivate influential stakeholder networks with the purpose to spearhead strong and organic growing change agent communities that lead and drive a transformative and sustainable cultural development in Data Science

Qualifications

To be a competitive candidate, you should have:

  • MSc related to Business, Administration or any other related field and 3 years of experience in relevant area of business for instance organisational change, communication, HR or other relevant
  • Capabilities in planning and delivering an organisational change management strategy that ensures profound outcome through lasting change at all levels in the organisation
  • Excellent experience in redefining and refining operating models, organisational mapping and change risk and readiness assessment as part of driving cross functional transformation
  • Experience with being an active sparring partner and facilitate change to ensure project teams are enabled to drive the right organisational change management activities
  • Qualification in project management and OCM methodologies in an agile set up. We work according to the SAFe principles

About the department

In Novo Nordisk, Development is responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide, helping Novo Nordisk in driving change to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases through developing innovative and sustainable treatment solutions and making them accessible to patients worldwide.

Our area, Data Science Strategic & Digital Development, supports the Data Science organisation in defining and executing its flagship digitalisation initiatives towards enabling our clinical submissions with data insights and realising strategic aspirations.

We are a team of four change managers, one student assistant and various OCM consultants and UX people, who all bring different backgrounds and skills to driving change in the company. We work independently and together and we always aim to have fun at work. We are ambitious, explorative and act as good change agents across our stakeholder landscape. We focus on realizing the organizational organisational change management vision in Data Science but also to a large extend liaise with other areas across Novo Nordisk with the purpose to strengthen and enabling the ability to handle and leverage on change.
