If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as Global PI Subject Matter Expert (
OSIsoft/ AVEVA), where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining PI system infrastructures, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our Global PI data platform .


The position
You will play a critical role in the Global PI Team and in the development, compliance, and daily operations of the PI systems, acting as a Lead Technical Advisor for all stakeholders globally.

  • Ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines

  • Designing and implementing PI system infrastructures to meet business requirements inas part of the Global PI team

  • Ensuring/supporting system scalability, reliability, and performance

Candidate profile

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience

  • Over 7 years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry, including hands-on experience in medium to large-scale engineering projects

  • Proficiency in Aveva PI system components (PI Archive, AF, Analytics and notifications, PI Vision) and relational databases

  • Experienced working in GxP validated environments

  • Skilled in identifying and resolving quality issues, maintaining automation standards, and optimizing engineering operations

  • Proficient in Cloud platforms e.g. Azure and familiar with Azure DevOps

  • Strong expertise in network management, service management, and automation systems design and implementation

You will be part of Delivery & Guidance Services department within PS Data Foundation. We are responsible for continuously developing, scaling, and maintaining global production data platforms. In Data Foundation, we strive to empower our colleagues in Novo Nordisk Product Supply to make data-driven decisions, continuously digitalize, and improve manufacturing processes. The team is diverse both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles spanning from business analysts, automation analysts and data engineers, representing 17 different nationalities.
