The position
As our new Global Project Coordinator in the External Engagement Office, you will mainly be working with contracts covering grants, donations and sponsorships to medical associations and scientific organisations. These contracts are an essential part in enabling us to ensure healthcare professionals around the world have access to education at large events, such as international congresses and scientific meetings. You will work across many different departments and teams, and collaborate with various external and internal stakeholders.

Your main tasks will be to:
• Drive the development of grant, donation and sponsorship contracts for different engagements, such as congresses or scientific meetings
• Liaise with compliance on a global and local level, as well as legal to ensure all requirements for compliant contracting are met
• Oversee and project manage the portfolio of contracts with different external partners
• Offer support to the organisation for external meetings at congresses (e.g. logistics)
• Track investments and Transfer of Value into congresses from a global level

In addition, you will also assist with tasks related to contract management and data cleaning.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
• Relevant administrative background/education (e.g. Business Education, HD, Bachelor) and/or specific certification/course within project management
• You are highly skilled within MS Office, and you are a fast learner when it comes to new systems
• You communicate effortlessly in English at business level, both verbally and written
• Some experience from the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Experience with project management and healthcare compliance is an advantage

The ideal candidate has a strong customer service mind-set, organises tasks independently and is well structured with a flair for details. It is important that you can keep an overview of tasks, manage deadlines and can work with multiple and frequently changing priorities using good collaboration skills and a sense of humour.

You are a natural team planner who knows how to organise your days (ahead) and you have a strong quality mindset. You are results-driven and a strong communicator.

About the department
Global Medical Affairs (GMA) is an area within the Development organisation, and in the department of ‘Scientific Dialogue’ we are responsible for driving global medical education activities and engagements for Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Health Care Professionals (HCPs). Moreover, we collaborate with key affiliates and global stakeholders to ensure pivotal results, which meet the strategic goals of GMA on global and local levels.
You will join an international, high-performing Department with a variety of educational backgrounds. This role is anchored in the External Engagement Office and this team follows a ONE company approach to strategic KOL management, with the aim of harmonizing and facilitating our interactions with top KOLs and ensuring compliance in our engagements with HCPs, HCOs and patients across HQ.
