The position

You will be a part of the DD&IT Business Support & Program Office area working in a cross functional setup to ensure the best facilitation of workplace management, mainly in Denmark. You will have reference to the IT Office Manager.

As Office Coordinator your role is primarily to coordinate administrative efforts in cooperation with the users of our offices in Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT). Additionally, you will run communication and project management tasks ensuring effective workplace utilization and smooth operation of the office, all to enable our DD&IT culture through the office space.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in and coordinate support to various DD&IT sites in Denmark, e.g. onsite support in connection to changes.

• Communication and change management efforts towards users via Viva Engage, SharePoint, and info screens.

• Stakeholder management towards Corporate Facilities, Inhouse services, etc.

• Close cooperation with DD&IT Admin team.

• Assist in the coordination and organization of meetings, events, and projects.

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • You may have previous experience in similar roles, or hold an administrative education degree, or have recently graduated in a related field. Experience in project management or communication is preferred.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a business level.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have the ability to quickly learn new software skills.
  • You are an innovative thinker who can devise new and efficient ways of managing administrative tasks.
  • You thrive in a work environment that offers a high level of autonomy and the freedom to structure their workday, while also being able to work independently.

As an individual, you possess a natural inclination towards providing excellent service and are adept at handling a diverse range of tasks. You proactively seek solutions to any challenges that may arise and possess a strong personal drive to collaborate with various stakeholders towards achieving common goals. Furthermore, you have the flexibility to travel to different DD&IT sites within the greater Copenhagen area.

About the department

The DD&IT Business Support & Program Office is a function that consists of dedicated and highly talented employees primarily located in Ballerup and Bagsvaerd, Denmark. Our team supports the entire Novo Nordisk IT value chain with License to Operate guidance and services. Furthermore, our Program Office oversees the IT leadership of the S/4HANA program and the subsequent implementation of the benefit portfolio.
