You are a holistic and true business leader, and you always do things in the perspective of the company’s over-all strategy. You respect your colleagues and create a psychological safe environment that fosters an open dialogue. You have a diplomatic and assertive behaviour and do not give up when times are a bit challenging. You are an innovative leader and like sharing ideas with your team and the business, and you have many examples where you successfully have made ideas come alive.
