The Position

In this role, you will hold the main task to support Obesity marketing activities in close collaboration with Senior Product Manager and Product Manager for implementing, arranging and organizing including monitoring and taking corrective actions to ensure Obesity sales results achieve short- and long-term business objectives. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:

  • Effectively design, develop, and execute key marketing activities within budget. To build a unified customer vision with different sources of enterprise data, customer needs and identify market opportunities in close collaboration with the Senior Product Manager, Product manager and salesforce.
  • Drive the implementation of product marketing plans, promotions and campaigns. Monitor the sales performance and competitor’s movement and activities. Provide necessary documents and marketing activities to the Sales manager and the team to maximize product accessibility.
  • Communicate the marketing program to internal stakeholders and implement campaigns. Provide in-field coaching to Obesity sales representatives for promotional materials, product presentation, and knowledge of the brand strategy and key message.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with target customers and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the role of product specialist/medical or sales representative.
  • Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office; Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Good organization skills: prioritize, plan and get tasks with related parties to meet the deadline.
  • Thai native speaking is required.
