Position
In this job you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of functional safety strategies and standards within our organization
  • Support the various processes related to resilience and security, crisis response, emergency preparedness and readiness
  • Conducting comprehensive hazard and risk assessments to identify potential safety-critical scenarios
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant functional safety standards and regulations
  • Overseeing the design and validation of safety-critical systems and components
  • Providing expert guidance and support to ensure the integration of functional safety principles into the development lifecycle
  • Serving as the point of contact for functional safety matters, both internally and externally, including interaction with regulatory bodies and industry partners.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required with 5+ years’ experience with relevant work ideally from a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical production
  • A strong focus on risk management, process/functional safety, crisis response, emergency response management, and fire related building requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills within both Danish and English
  • Ability to negotiate the right solutions with our business needs, and an interest in both strategic and hands-on tasks.

About the department
You will be a part of the Sustainability Partnering department at NNPR with two teams: Environment team, Health & Safety team, and profession managers within project portfolio and sustainability. The Health & Safety team consists of 11 employees including you. We work diligently to support NNPR embracing diversity and inclusion, whilst focusing on having a fun and encouraging a curious working environment.
