The position
As our new Project Manager, your role will be to:
- Mature projects from idea to final design, execution, and handover, ensuring all phases are completed effectively
- Plan, organize, and control resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints, and support key decisions throughout the project, including milestones
- Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements, providing clear goals and purpose to ensure effective use of time and resources
- Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project, ensuring clarity and order by applying the appropriate amount of planning and organizing, and selecting and applying essential project management tools and methods
- Be the go-to person for smoothly transitioning from project to operation, ensuring that the implemented solutions can be operated efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who holds a master’s degree in engineering, architecture or similar education, and has
3-5 years of project management experience.
Other success criteria are:
- Solid know-how in driving projects.
- Experience in the construction industry, especially with refurbishment projects in buildings that are in operation.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

In Corporate Facilities, with 350+ employees, we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. Your primary base will initially be in Taastrup and Bagsværd, however, the job involves activities across our Danish sites. The 21 employees in the department manage a large portfolio of maintenance, replacement, and expansion projects with various complexity and size, across all Danish sites.
