The position
As a Training Supporter in Sourcing QC, your main responsibility will be to drive the daily operations of our training setup to continuously enhance the performance and competencies of our employees.:

Support and ensure accessibility and quality of content of our training set-up.

Support evaluation of business challenges, problems and deviations in terms of training, competence development or performance support.

Ensure compliance with training and documentation of training.

Proactively drive and anchor training related improvement projects (e.g. new standards, systems) and secure local buy-in.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
-
Have an academic degree in life science and/ or sufficient experience within learning theory from a highly regulated business setting.

Experience with cGMP and knowledge of cLEAN.
-
Knowledge of QualityDocs, PowerBI and maybe even iSOtrain.

Capability to handle multiple tasks alongside each other.

Proficiency in both Danish and English in writing and speech.
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and your proactive approach enables you to both excel in teams and independently.
About the department
Sourcing QC is part of Sourcing Operations, which is overall responsible for the inbound supply chain at Novo Nordisk. Sourcing QC is responsible for the chemical analysis of raw materials, excipients, and primary packaging materials, as well as the physical testing of primary and secondary packaging materials. The department consists of approximately 130 employees distributed across 9 teams, all located in Hillerød. The position is in our Support & Development team, whose primary function is to support and develop processes across the department. The team consists of a wide range of professional groups, including administrative staff, laboratory technicians, training and project coordinators, project managers, and student assistants.
