The Position

As a Senior Cleaning Supporter, you will join the Cleaning Support team, which consists of 8 skilled colleagues. The team will offer a social and informal, yet focused and dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will be to support Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and manual cleaning processes of equipment between batches in our two production facilities covering both cultivation and purification processes.

We are committed to delivering excellent results and participate in fulfilling the ambition to obtain great process understanding and a stable production thus enabling us to start producing new products.

The main tasks will be to:
• Review of documentation and updating written procedures according to standards.
• Initiate problem solving for observed deviations or other issues with the cleaning processes, while also handling validation and verification planning and execution.
• Support the production with tasks including required documentation in accordance with the current standards and legislations, deviations and change requests.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in improvement activities and small projects, to ensure that we do things in a smart, simple, and environmentally responsible way.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain a broad network across our organization as we work with many stakeholders, such as quality assurance, technical support, skilled workers, operators, project team, and other supporting functions.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:
• At least a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, chemical engineering, microbiology, or a similar field.
• Strong experience within cleaning and cleaning support in a GMP environment – i.e. CIP, RIP, Flush, cleaning validation etc.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Danish (or willingness to learn Danish).

About the Department

You will be part of a dynamic business area that produces Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world.

API Manufacturing 4, 25K Multi Product Facilities consists of around 200 employees split into different teams and staff function. We are situated in Hillerød and produces various APIs which are used to treat patients all over the world. We are growing our business and looking into an exciting future as a multi-product facility which will expand our area and add complexity and the possibility for talent development.
