The Position
As an Operations Analyst l at Novo Nordisk, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, design, implement, and oversee of Services (Move IT, Trellix, Carbon Black etc.) and Windows Server (AD, GPO etc.) and provide Technical operational support globally for PSnet (Product Supply IT) with expertise in Windows and operations.
- Proactively collaborate with IT architects, specialists, and stakeholders to enhance technical awareness and meet business expectations.
- Bridge stakeholder requirements, project teams, and IT vendors for efficient IT infrastructure support.
- Offer technical expertise, stakeholder and vendor management and effective communication.
- Deliver high-quality results, prioritize user needs, and drive innovative quality delivery, user focus and innovative initiatives will be a significant aspect of the job.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience and proficiency in Windows infrastructure support.
- Lead, design, implement, and manage Move IT (Managed File Transfer) service for over 5 years with managing SMTP (Mail Relay) service operations.
- Experience in Carbon Black (Bit9), McAfee (ePo), ACS (Access Control service), and MDM (Soti) will be an advantage.
About the department
The position is based in the Digital Workplace product area department, part of Global IT Operations (GITO). The GITO Digital Workplace APAC Collaboration Tech department is a self-propelled unit based out of Bangalore, India, working in an agile setup with global product teams for various digitalization, communication, collaboration, and automation IT platforms. The growing team consists of experienced Digital Collaborations and platform Service Managers, IT Architects, Technical and Business Analysts who work together with our Danish and US teams to cater to Digital workplace requirements for Novo Nordisk employees. As an area, we are responsible for Microsoft 365 Platforms, Power Platform, Novo Nordisk Meeting experience and collaboration technologies, Computing and Mobile platforms and devices. Together we focus on how to build a great digital workplace while ensuring stable and secure operations.
