Let’s talk about the role

As our new Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for Project Management Office (PMO) for our three Agile Release Trains (ART) and project management for cross-VP area initiatives.

In this role you will also have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with area leadership to develop and execute strategic and complex projects spanning across our IT product areas
  • Drive execution and standards for cross-area training and upskilling, e.g. for SAP S4/HANA conversion
  • Maintain and develop internal performance management and analytics tools, compile regular performance reports and insights for leadership
  • Work with the entire area to drive the improvement of our business processes, facilitate learnings and secure synergies with concurrent projects, while engaging with stakeholders to address their requirements and maintain effective communication channels

Candidate profile

To be the ideal candidate for this position, we imagine you have:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Business or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management with proven level of independent delivery
  • Solid understanding of SAP, while experience in Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI will be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of PMO best practices, project governance, and portfolio management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

As part of Digital, Data & IT Product Supply, our area is the strategic and operational function that is responsible for driving Supply Chain IT initiatives across our production sites, warehouses and supply chain operations worldwide.

We work closely together with colleagues across the business in a cross-functional Agile delivery organisation, with a priority to enable Product Supply to increase product output through expansion of manufacturing capacity, optimisation of existing, and implementation of new technology solutions.
