Then you might be our new Project Planner for our Needle Manufacturing production site in Hjørring! Apply today for our 2-year fixed term contract!

The position
As Project Planner, you will continuously participate in a varying number of ongoing projects, in which you are responsible for establishing and maintaining a project plan. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Develop and co-facilitate the Product and Work Breakdown Structure (PBS & WBS). Define activities, milestones and estimate activity durations and resource allocation in close collaboration with your key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain project plans in MS Project in close collaboration with the project team, project manager and technical experts.
  • Participate in project-related workshops, where in some cases you will be the primary driver and facilitator.
  • Break down the plan into a sprint backlog and ensure consistent description of tasks for all team members.
  • Possibly take the role as SCRUM-Master in the project and facilitate sprint meetings.
  • Follow up on tasks and progression and make sure progression or delay is reflected in the plan.

Together with your colleagues in the planner team, you will be involved in the development of our project planning and execution strategy. Your main stakeholders will range from project management, production teams, technical experts and steering groups.

Qualifications
Your experiences include:

  • Education within a technical field, such as production technology, automation technology, engineering or it.
  • Similar experience within a role as a project planner and knowledge of MS Project.
  • If you have experience with PowerBI or Azure DevOps, and being SCRUM Master, you will have a head start.
  • We are open to industry experience. Experience within pharma, IT or construction is advantageous.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. Danish language skills are a bonus.

In your daily life, you work in a structured way and have a sharp eye for details. You enjoy being part of projects, which by nature often change priorities. Following a stringent process in a changing environment with many stakeholders is a challenge you feel comfortable navigating as well as working independently and as part of a team.
