The position
You will be part of “AM Brownfield Site Integration”, a newly established unit in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM). The purpose of the unit is to support and enable maximizing production capacities of three manufacturing sites acquired from Catalent and integrating them to become strategic production sites following the same operating model as the other production sites in PS AM. You will be the Senior Program Manager at AM Brownfield Site Integration, where your focus will be on:
- Integration strategy: Define and continuously review the integration strategy reflecting the integration principles; key milestones set by the transaction (TSA exiting and Legal Entity name change); dependencies from maximization activities and potential capex programs and key requirements from senior stakeholders. The integration strategy will also set direction for the integration activities and capacity maximization activities. The strategy should be reviewed by senior stakeholders (CVPs and above)
- Strategic planning: Together with the Sr. Integration Planner ensure a system where time is utilized the best possible way and where changes are reflected in the plans and any risk to dependencies are flagged
- Program planning & governance: Setup above program through planning workshops and continuously interaction with key stakeholders. Furthermore, facilitate on-going planning and prioritization activities across various steering groups and ensure communication of changes and current version of plan. Ensure close collaboration with Program planner to anchor program and updates in a Schedule/Planning system. Finally ensure close collaboration and sparring with Site Integration lead and teams and incl. training and on-boarding of resources in these teams.
- Strategy partner for BSI: Ack as strategy partner for BSI driving the strategic development for BSI in DK and at the sites, and drive initiatives set by AM organization e.g. HK-activities or strategic aspiration
- Change management: Ensure local and global engagement by conducting change management and apply change management principles in the program planning.
- Risk management: Identify and update program risks in relation to Enable Business case and Post Merger Integration.
- Monitoring & reporting: Setup monitoring systems to follow up on progress and risks as well as reporting on program performance to various levels in the organization.
- Communication: Give input to AM BSI communication to ensure global engagement in the pro-gramme.
You will report to the Director of AM BSI Strategy, Planning and Analytics and work closely the Program planner, Workstream owners & drivers, Integration leads at the acquired production sites, potential capacity investment programs and the rest of AM Brownfield Site Integration.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you:
- Have a master's degree in business management, strategy, or pharma related subject.
- Prefer a minimum of 10 years of experience in Project / Program management preferably as line of business anchor for post-merger integration activities.
- Possess knowledge and insights in a pharmaceutical production site preferable from Novo Nordisk.
- Possess good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Can think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions.
- Are fluent in verbal and written English.
- Work in different cultures and be an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values.
