The position
As an IT System Manager, you will be responsible for the IT governance and IT compliance tasks in relation to a portfolio of GxP IT systems/Computerised equipment across the departments. It will be your responsibility to systematically maintain documentation, perform reviews, drive life cycle management, and run small projects that ensure that the cross-site IT systems live up to internal and external requirements.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the expectations of LoB and users concerning IT governance, IT compliance and IT security in relation to the IT systems
  • Ensure systematic review and reporting regarding LCM, Risk, security patching, User review, ITPSE, etc
  • Act as a point of contact, liaison partner and escalation support for local IT/OT teams, associate managers/system owners in DDIT
  • Provide guidance to ensure most appropriate levels of servlce levels are supplied to meet future business needs
  • Participate in IT audits and provide support in closing any findings


Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have:

  • A BSc or technical degree in IT, automation or similar fields and previous experience on a similar position in the pharma or any other regulated production environment
  • At least, 2 years of experience in field of IT System Management, IT Compliance, IT security and IT Risk assessment
  • ITIL knowledge, preferably Service Now and it would be a plus if you have experience in documented project management
  • Previous experience working within GAMP5 and COBIT
  • Fully proficiency in English. Speaking Danish is an asset

You like working together with stakeholders of different professions, and it is natural for you to take the lead in crucial improvement activities and present and report the progress to management. Finally, you are throughout and find it natural to work independently.


About the department
You will join a team with very committed colleagues, we are organisational placed in Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) operating to support Product Suppy (PS) API production where we partner with production.PS API is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality pharmaceutical products. In PS we are supplying all Novo Nordisk products for Rare Diseases and using our competencies in Biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk. DDIT is the Novo Nordisk Product Supply partner.
