The position
This position directly reports to Business Unit Director, Obesity. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:
- Manage key pharmaceutical/ hospital accounts within the product range or assigned district. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans. Propose and work cross-functionally to develop channel activation campaigns. Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify decision-makers at the client, understand strategic business challenges and priorities, and lead teams in analysing information and prioritising opportunities critical to an account. Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Identify and pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets. Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client’s business.
- Commercial Acumen, identify growth opportunities, approach and partner with the potential accounts with the creative and innovative ways to build up the partnership solution and spirit work “Win – Win”. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, MBA, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development or key account manager background, preferable in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in key account management and business development.
- Strong knowledge in sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Vietnamese native speaking is required.
