The position
As a Manager for Facility & Validation, you will lead a team of around 14 highly committed and professional employees. In this role, you will be part of a strong management team consisting of nine other leaders and a specialist. The culture in the management team is inclusive, collaborative, fun, and highly professional. You will work closely with managers in the warehouse, especially the Compliance & Inspections Manager and API & New Materials Manager.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage the Support team (live NNWAY).
- Ensure quality & compliance by meeting requirements from authorities.
- Oversee the facility, including various storage and classified areas.
- Ensure the facility complies with relevant validated states.
- Manage utility and maintenance programmes in close collaboration with the lo-cal service centre.
- Execute the investment project portfolio.
- Develop the team and ensure engaged and motivated employees.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant profes-sional role within supply chain or operations.
- At least 2 years of experience with GMP and ISO requirements.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- Strong people skills and the ability to set a clear direction.
- A strategic ability to balance quality, delivery, and cost.
On a personal level, you should have high personal integrity and robustness to integrate different views in decision-making. You have ability to challenge colleagues to ensure the best results. You possess strong organisational skills and the ability to engage employees in delivering on their objectives.
About the department
The department consists of 100+ employees who ensure the execution of reception, sampling, order handling, and global dispatching of raw materials daily. The department is located in Hillerød, with many close colleagues in Kalundborg. We currently have six teams in the department but will soon expand with two more teams. There-fore, we will also welcome new managers and employees to the department shortly.
