This role will be reporting to the Area Sales Manager of Diabetes Business Unit.

The position
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products by engaging stakeholders, highlighting benefits, generating leads, and developing sales strategies. Collaborate with the team to target new markets and boost sales using research and insights.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their needs, offering tailored recommendations, and providing training. Stay updated on industry trends and act as a trusted resource for product support.
  • Analyze market trends, policies, and competitors to identify opportunities, adapt strategies, and enhance product offerings through partnerships and collaborations.
  • Drive sales growth and market share by developing and executing plans to meet targets, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities to outpace competitors. Collaborate with the team to share best practices and ensure collective success.
  • Implement innovative sales strategies by leveraging digital platforms, adapting to market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operations. Stay updated on industry advancements through continuous learning to refine approaches and effectively engage healthcare professionals and institutions.

Qualifications

  • Must at least be a College graduate preferably Science related course.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably with background in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Skilled in sales strategies, effectively promoting products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and institutions.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey product information, negotiate terms, and influence customer decisions in a competitive market.
