The position
- Manage your territory comprehensively, including listing, scientific communication, and tender protection.
- Maintain close relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) within your area, utilising selling skills and digital tools to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our business.
- Develop new accounts and customers, provide timely market intelligence feedback, and submit regular reports.
- Execute marketing strategies, sales call plans, and identify new prospects, aligning with the manager to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate agility, accountability, and resilience in a dynamic environment, exploring new paths and channels.
- Ensure all activities in your territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Novo Nordisk compliance standards.
- Be a professional problem solver, innovative thinker, and possess strong business acumen.
- Exhibit a can-do attitude, willing to explore new territories, identify opportunities, and adapt quickly to uncertainties.
Qualifications
Need to have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HP.
- Strong ability for territory and time management.
- Complete sales skills and inquiry capabilities.
- Experience in listing.
- Ensure all activities in the territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Novo Nordisk compliance standards.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Meta, CV, and Neuro therapeutic areas.
- Experience in chronic prescription medications, OAD treatment, reimbursement, and self-pay products.
- Good problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Logistical thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Ambitious, determined, and result-driven mindset.
