We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our global team in Brownfield Site Integration (BSI) based in Bagsværd.

The position
As a Senior Program Manager, your main responsibility is to:

• Ensure the timely execution of a range of local site projects to enable fast utilization of available capacity on production lines.
• Reporting to BSI Maximize Vice President, take lead on core production platform project portfolio, overseeing the program across all sites in scope and with high emphasis on supporting local execution efficiency.
• Work closely with local project managers, global functions and the BSI Maximize team.
• Facilitate rather than execute, and you will also have responsibility for reporting relevant project/program information to management level.
• Develop risk grids at program level for your scope and support preparation of program governance materials.

Travel is expected, around 1-3 weeks per quarter to our new sites in the US, Italy and Belgium.

Qualifications
Your experiences include:

• A degree in natural sciences with 5+ years of experience in project/ program management or operations.
• Deep knowledge and insights about aseptic manufacturing. Pharmaceutical or regulated industry in general is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PEM/ Project execution managing model experience and knowledge.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions.
• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must; Danish, French and/or Italian is an advantage.

About the department
Brownfield Site Integration (BSI) is a newly established function and plays a key role in integrating and maximizing output from 3 newly acquired aseptic manufacturing sites in Belgium, Italy and US, all with the purpose to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity.
