The position
As an Operational Excellence Partner in NNQ, you will be tasked with:
- Supporting Product Supply Quality (PSQ) Management in their cLEAN journey by:
- Leading the implementation of Performance Management in PSQ.
- Identify business challenges and how to solve them within the LEAN framework.
- Building trust across all organizational levels, drive change management, and provide data-driven recommendations to achieve compliance and performance goals.
- Enabling the strategic vision and roadmap within the Quality organization in alignment with existing initiatives and processes.
- Leading the design and implementation of a fit for purpose approach to rolling out LEAN in PSQ, to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
- Being part of the NNQ cLEAN Network contributing to creating common solutions to common problems, across NNQ.
- Training employees in internal lean offerings (cLEAN Academy). Along with some administration.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with LEAN and/or Six Sigma implementation, project management, strategic deployment or similar.
- Hands-on experience driving LEAN implementation and establishing continuous improvement culture.
- Excel in translating LEAN strategy into action and creating a pull.
- Are proficient in English in writing/speaking.
As a person, you possess strong communication, facilitation, and visualisation skills. You are comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and navigating complex and senior stakeholder landscapes. Your talent for fostering collaboration and promoting active engagement among colleagues is a testament to your excellent collaboration skills.

About the Department
You will become part of the NNQ Strategy & Operational Excellence team consisting of 9 highly skilled professionals within operational excellence, executive business support, strategy execution and project management delivering support across NNQ. Your main collaborators in the team are the SVP cLEAN Partner and Operational Excellence Specialist. The team is anchored within the VP area of NNQ Business Support dedicated to providing exceptional support to management and across NNQ.
