The Position

As a Medical Affairs Internal Communications Coordinator, you will:

  • Collaborate with MM&SPE (Modernizing Medical and Strategic Partnership Engagement) teams to understand change strategy and communication approach.

  • Assess current projects and repositories to align communication efforts.

  • Develop and execute proactive internal communications for medical affairs audiences, ensuring unified messaging and integration of updates.

  • Manage communication execution across multiple internal channels, optimising reach and engagement.

  • Track, report, and maintain communications for accessibility, effectiveness, and leadership insights.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications or a related field.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years (preferred) in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry.

  • Strong experience in business communications, including digital channels (Outlook, Viva Communities, internal forums).

  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure communication strategies while managing timelines effectively.

  • Highly organised, collaborative, and proficient in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills.

Join the GBS Mexico team within NNI CMR (Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Affairs), a dynamic department consisting of over 1,000 dedicated experts. We are committed to delivering quality and best-in-class scientific, technical, medical, and clinical expertise to drive change for patients. Medical Affairs is responsible for developing therapeutic area strategies, providing input into clinical development strategies, and leading scientific exchanges with external stakeholders. Our goal is to be the preferred partner in advancing better care decisions for patients through science. The MM&SPE team supports strategy and tactical planning by aligning, coordinating, and managing processes across Medical Affairs. The Omnichannel Engagement team coordinates externally facing medical content, enabling personalised scientific exchange through HCPs' preferred connected channels.
