The Position
As an IT/OT system manager, you are responsible for the operation of the IT/OT solutions used in the production plant. This role emphasizes compliance and documentation and aligning with technical responsibilities.
Your main tasks will be:
- Implement changes to ensure continuous compliance with authority expectations, IT-security requirements, GAMP5, GMP etc.
- Write and/or approve change requests, test protocols and technical documentation
- Contribute to incident management and systematic problem solving in an ITIL-framework
- Coordinate activities such as maintenance and changes on the systems in collaboration together with different stakeholders
- Identify improvements and optimize processes by using LEAN tools and offer advice and consultancy to the IT- and OT supporters.
Furthermore, we expect you to participate in projects to help ensuring that new IT-systems meet user and GMP requirements. You will participate and drive in quality activities such as risk assessments and you will present the IT-systems during audits and inspections.
The position is on site in Køge, Denmark.
About the department
You will become part of our IT/OT System Management team, working side by side with experienced colleagues from across the organization who know the processes and the opportunities for optimization.
The team consists of 8 employees with various educational backgrounds. The team solely focuses on IT System Management, so you will have a group of colleagues for sparring and collaboration. We are also supported by three additional teams: OT support, IT infrastructure, IT compliance, IT System Management in the LAB area and specialists within IT/OT.
Qualifications
We realize that few people are experts at everything but if you can nod your head at the some of the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:
- An MSc degree within Automation or Computer Science or a BSc degree within the same subject areas supplemented by 1-2 years’ experience.
- An interest in working with- and develop skills in IT systems (MES + PCS).
- Knowledge or experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library – (Service Now) is an advantage. Understanding of how to convey complex information to varying audiences and thereby, explain the purpose to get everyone onboard.
- Full proficiency in English, Danish is considered a strong advantage.
