The position
As an Associate Business Analyst/ Business Analyst, you will:
Provide accurate results to stakeholders, including pricing information. Understand the complexity of pricing systems across different regions and countries. Work on price business cases, price certificates, and provide insights. Support ad-hoc tasks and projects when requested. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports. Deliver high-quality support to ensure superior customer satisfaction. Grasp complex processes and mitigate challenges in operations. Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyse pharma pricing-related data.

• Generate clear, concise, and business-relevant reports.
• Independently execute tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and execute key projects related to strategic pricing.
• Drive pilot projects, track and monitor progress, and ensure future stabilisation.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Need to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably within quantitative/management discipline) from a well-recognised institute.
• Undergraduate degree in Pharma (BPharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc), or Engineering (BTech).
• Good academic track records and grades.
• 3+ years of experience in the pharma industry, preferably in Pharma Pricing & Market Access.
• Good understanding of the pharma pricing domain.

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of the healthcare environment for key markets.
• Ability to translate business problems into efficient and effective analysis plans.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with experience in analysing complex situations and synthesising data.
• Project management and relationship-building skills.
• Technical skills in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and basic VBA.
• Basic to intermediate PowerBI capabilities.
