Owkin is seeking the best and brightest to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.

About the role:

We are looking for a 6-months intern to join our Talent team, to start in September or October 2024.

As an Early Talent Intern, you will be responsible for providing first class excellent support and client service to the Talent Team on all aspects of apprentice and intern attraction activity and talent acquisition.

In particular, you will:

  • Be the point of contact for all early talent enquiries.
  • Screen applications and invite candidates to assessment stages.
  • Schedule and coordinate the logistics of interviews and / or assessment centers.
  • Create and manage the offers and advertisements in our ATS (Greenhouse), LinkedIn and Jobteaser.
  • Support the Talent team to collaborate closely with our marketing team for the planning and execution of attraction events with schools and university campuses.
  • Support the Talent team and wider business with the rollout of the initiatives, policies and events about interns/apprentices, especially diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding tasks working in collaboration with other teams (IT, People, Culture)
  • Deliver ‘white-glove’ services for candidates attending interviews at the Owkin office.
  • Collate and maintain key performance metrics and validation data for interns and apprentices.
  • Attend at recruitment events, if required.
  • Take ownership for all Early Talent recruitment and development related administration, including accurate updating of the ATS and relevant trackers.

Position is based in our Paris office.

About you

  • HR degree or previous experience in HR/Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent team player
  • Passionate to give amazing interviews and be the first face a candidate gets to meet
  • Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Fluent in French AND English
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Confident in dealing with a wide variety of hiring managers and stakeholders across a diverse range of scientific and business functions with a wide enthusiastic, flexible and enjoyable approach
  • Excellent administrative skills, to include good working knowledge of office systems such as Google, Slack, Notion
  • Flexible and change orientated
  • A visa valid for the duration of the internship
  • Having a “ convention de stage”
