BioLegend (a division of Revvity, Inc.) is looking for an aspiring IT Business Systems Analyst professional to support the configuration, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. This role will have a business systems focus, including process development and implementation activities, primarily focused on Manufacturing and Supply chain related functional areas. Works as part of the BioLegend IT Application Team and serves as a backup for other related application areas. Th is role demands a results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in delivering ERP projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This is a unique opportunity to help lead and influence the successful outcome of this exciting D365 implementation project.

**This is a full-time position in our San Diego office.

Essential Functions

  • Act as a Liaison for Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, QA/QC and Purchasing departments to ensure the D365 ERP implementation meets BioLegend's current and future requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with BioLegend team members, implementation services vendors and key business stakeholders to analyze requirements, continuously clarify project scope, manage configuration, and establish and drive clear deliverables and milestones.
  • Act as functional IT lead for Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, QA/QC and Purchasing functions, facilitating effective communication between technical, business, and vendor teams, and ensuring a shared vision and understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Identify underlying business needs and objectives, develop appropriate and effective solutions, and utilize available tools to implement and help configure technical and non-technical solutions as needed.
  • Manage implementation of new ERP-related projects and plan regular ERP upgrades, conducting Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) procedures to support internal Quality Management needs.
  • Analyze data and reporting requirements, evaluate, cleanse, and manipulate data prior to mass ERP updates.
  • Understand the impacts of changes to a highly integrated ERP system, determine the depth and breadth of testing to minimize risks, and develop plans to address needs.
  • Manage change requests, scope changes, and project documentation while maintaining a focus on overall project objectives and timelines.
  • Provide guidance, cross-training, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Serve as backup for other team members as required.

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP implementations such as D365, Oracle or SAP in a validated life sciences environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects, delivering them within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Extensive knowledge of typical ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with cloud-based Microsoft D365 ERP implementations.
  • Experience in working with Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI tools in conjunction with D365 environment would be a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules (focused on Manufacturing and Supply Chain), functionalities, and implementation methodologies in a validated life sciences environment.
  • Experience implementing ERPs in a process manufacturing environment coupled with a working knowledge of standard eQMS software processes.
  • Experience with software validation processes in a validated life sciences ISO 13485 environment.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across different geographical locations.
  • Knowledge of integration strategies, tools and techniques across a broad spectrum of other systems and applications.
  • Experience in change management and user adoption strategies during large scale ERP implementations.

he base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$120,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
