Overview:

Revvity is seeking a Global HR Business Partner to support the Strategic Projects within assigned business units. The ideal candidate will contribute at a strategic level to support the business objectives, participating in cross-business projects at global level. In this role you will partner closely with the Regional HR community and various HR Communities of Expertise (COEs) to tackle and create solutions for the most pressing talent opportunities & challenges throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a fast-paced organization in the midst of shaping its identity and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess existing organization capability to support the business objectives, identify areas requiring focus and design programs/initiatives to support these areas, factoring in the Global HR initiatives; identify resources requirements to support such programs and contract with the Regional HR & COEs leaders in each region; get sign-off from the business on the plan; drive its implementation and monitor its execution; adjust as needed.
  • Coordinate organization-wide projects and initiatives (reorganizations, new development initiatives, etc…) by adequately sharing information within the HR organization, guiding Leaders on the best approach & timelines, liaising with global stakeholders, and providing overall support throughout the whole process for its successful completion.
  • Understand the future needs and capability requirements for the organization. Participate in key planning cycles. Advise leaders on strategies to progress the talent agenda and coordinate closely with relevant COEs to execute this agenda.
  • Coach Senior Leaders and help them coming up with the best strategies to build solid organizations and grow their team members. Track key strategic projects by sub-business unit and support leaders in project preparation and execution; coordinate with local HR those that have high complexity and global reach.
  • Provide meaningful & regular information to the business on the health of the organization using reliable metrics. Work with business leaders to take the relevant actions emerging from informal and formal feedback sessions. Develop solid knowledge about the various business pillars and maintain regular 1:1s with senior Leaders for mutual updates.
  • Facilitate regular talent review discussions; identify key talents, meet them and get to know them and provide key inputs to their manager-developed individual development plans; carry-out “stay interview” as needed.
  • Develop solid knowledge on corporate and HR processes, including regional specificities to be able to design global projects including the change management and communications aspects to get to successful execution.
  • In partnership with the relevant HR COEs, support the business with key cyclical HR initiatives, such as Global Compensation planning, goal setting, performance reviews, talent management, etc.
  • Serve as a key member of our Global HRBP Team and contribute to the Global HRBP Strategic & operational discussions, HR Talent Reviews and overall HR Leadership efforts.
  • Regularly report business updates to the Global HRBP TL: performance, key initiatives, best practices, strategic projects, financials.
  • Partner with the Global HRBP community to share ideas, initiatives & best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND
  • A minimum of 12 years of HR Business Generalist / Partnering role
  • A minimum of 5 years operating in a global position, in a matrix organization
