Revvity is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our People Communications Team. This role will support various HR-related initiatives, projects, and communications that align with our People & Culture strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, video editing, and an interest or experience in leveraging AI for both graphic design and video. Additionally, some experience in communications, such as writing newsletters, emails, and posts, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics to support HR-related initiatives and projects.

  • Edit and produce engaging video content for internal and external communications.

  • Ensure all designs align with Revvity's brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and support our People & Culture strategy.

  • Explore and integrate AI tools and techniques to enhance design and communication processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.

  • Interest or experience in AI and its applications in design.
