Service Sales Account Manager with French and/or Italian

Role Overview:

The Service Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving growth by managing service contracts, upselling service agreements, and promoting the full-service portfolio, including aftermarket consumables within assigned markets – France and Italy. This is a hybrid position focused on proactive customer engagement, contract renewals, and sales expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract renewals and one-time service offers, executing the full sales process remotely.

  • Provide quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on open contracts and billable estimates.

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, balancing short-, mid-, and long-term prospects to meet territory targets.

  • Identify opportunities to expand business with new and existing customers through proactive outreach.

  • Proactively contact customers to validate contract details and ensure accurate coverage.

  • Collaborate with Customer Care, Service Sales, and Service Delivery teams to enhance customer experience and retention.

  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct business analysis to improve sales processes and outcomes.

  • Utilize CRM tools such as SAP, ServiceMax, and Salesforce (SFDC) to track activities and manage opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a competent virtual/phone presence.

  • Ability to quickly build rapport with science-focused professionals.

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, and to work under time pressure.

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

  • Fluency in French and/or Italian (written and verbal).

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools (SAP, Salesforce).

  • Ability to work from our Cracow’s office at least 6 times per month.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or experience within diagnostics, life sciences, or similar fields.
