In the role of Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy to drive demands of allergy and autoimmunity test. By deeply working with global marketing team and local sales team, to demonstrate value proposition to enable our customer for a better patient management.

Position Summary:

Works in ImmunoDiagnostics Division in Allergy and Autoimmunity diagnostic reagents promotion. Works with sales team to create and executive marketing strategy and help to develop business outcome. Creates and execute product launch plan to meet market demand. Innovates the process for product launching and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements marketing plans/projects and sales support tools that include newsletters, brochures and promotional datasheets.
  • Supports marketing team in developing and implementing marketing activities.
  • Creating and delivering product presentations and training materials to internal staff and external partners.
  • Conduct evaluations and demonstrations of responsible products.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing product issues.Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects. May identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with marketing objectives.
  • Critical thinking and strong communication skills are preferred with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment for day-to-day management of activities.
  • The candidate should have demonstrated experience of sales support with the ability to create promotional materials, customer-facing collateral, training, and program management.
  • Task oriented.
  • Domestic travel required.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Medical technology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioscience, Pharmacy or Marketing with 2+ years of working experience in IVD, Medical device or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good in writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Good in time management.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Problem solving (structuring, prioritizing, analyzing, developing recommendations and conclusions)
  • Good teamwork attitude.
  • Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Creativity and resourcefulness

This is a critical role and to manage autoimmunity product lines in product promotions, marketing initiatives and applications to maintain $5.5m business with 9.4% growth. In IDD Taiwan, this position managed 100 customers in routine and 8-10 marketing events per year. We need to keep this position for strategy execution to support sales team to meet business target.
