Key Responsibilities

• Successfully implement and coordinate clinical trial protocols.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine trial feasibility.

• Ensure all trials strictly adhere to regulatory and ethical guidelines.

• Monitor trial progress and manage data to ensure outstanding accuracy.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a clinical team manager, with 1-3 years of work experience. FSP experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
