Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Middle East Africa IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA, and a deep knowledge of Finance processes. This role will be instrumental in driving digitalization within the Finance domain
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Requirement Gathering: Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that support Finance operations.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and perform test cases to ensure that implemented solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborator Management: Effectively communicate with collaborators at all levels, encouraging positive relationships and addressing their concerns.
- ERP Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, including its core modules and functionalities related to Finance.
- Operations: Offer and assist with user training as needed, encompassing root cause analysis, incident management, and process improvement
Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in a Finance domain.
- Expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA.
- Solid understanding of financial processes, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
