Responsibilities
- Successfully implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to flawlessly deliver solutions that improve customer happiness.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Deliver outstanding service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with brand new solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science required, preferably in Biology or Chemistry
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the scientific or healthcare industry or lab bench experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $50,000.00–$66,700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
