Responsibilities

  • Successfully implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to flawlessly deliver solutions that improve customer happiness.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver outstanding service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with brand new solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Science required, preferably in Biology or Chemistry
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the scientific or healthcare industry or lab bench experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $50,000.00–$66,700.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
