Sales Representative

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Sales Representative in San Diego, CA, USA to drive sales and contribute to company growth.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will:

• Successfully implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and determine how our products can best serve them.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of sales processes.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of a proven track record of success in sales within the scientific or pharmaceutical industries highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to strictly adhere to sales goals and competitive strategies.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $52,600.00–$78,850.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
