Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete machine start-ups with precision.
  • Respond swiftly to machine, robot, TCU, and secondary equipment alarms.
  • Ensure machines and robots are operating at their maximum efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine, mold, and material issues flawlessly.
  • Report complexities to the Production Engineer that require special attention.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork with strict adherence.
  • Manage and complete all die change activities efficiently.
  • Maintain the outstanding appearance of all TCUs and Robot Control Stations.
  • Ensure accurate care and disposal of all equipment and purgings.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with innovative ideas.
  • Follow all OSHA safety rules and regulations diligently.
  • Make necessary machine and equipment control adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Support the development of Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA).

Experience

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in the injection molding process and tooling, including troubleshooting and qualifications.
  • Experience in process validations through IQ, OQ, & PQ or equivalent experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
