Join our dynamic team as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst, where you'll play a key role in securing our organization’s data by designing, implementing, and managing robust IAM solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the designing, implementation, and managing identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
Assist in the development and maintenance of IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
Configure and manage access control systems and ensure proper user provisioning and de-provisioning.
Utilize engineering and architectural skills to enhance IAM frameworks.
Work with JSON and SQL to automate and streamline IAM processes in chosen IAM tool (Saviynt).
Conduct regular audits and reviews of access permissions to ensure compliance with security policies.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to address access-related incidents and implement corrective actions.
Provide expertise in Savyint for effective IAM governance and operations.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in identity and access management, security engineering, or related roles.
Open to recent graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and the confidence to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of IAM principles, practices, and technologies.
Proficiency in engineering and architectural concepts related to IAM.
Experience with JSON and SQL for data manipulation and process automation.
Familiarity with Savyint or similar IAM solutions is highly preferred.
