Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing:

Receive, review, and process orders for consumables, ensuring accuracy in terms of quantities, pricing, and specifications.

Enter orders into SAP and generate necessary documentation.

Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer expectations and provide updates on order status.

• Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of all orders and transactions in the company’s systems.

Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

• Customer Support:

Provide support to customers regarding order inquiries, including order status updates, delivery schedules, and resolution of issues.

Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

• Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all orders comply with company policies and procedures.

Prepare and submit regular reports on order processing and inventory status.
