Responsibilities

Hiring an intern is essential to support the HR department in managing various key administrative tasks related to personnel, ensuring the smooth handling of HR processes within the organization. The intern will act as the first point of contact for employees, assisting the HR team in addressing queries related to personnel administration. Key responsibilities include organizing onboarding processes for new employees, coordinating H&S training, and preparing and managing employment documents, such as contracts, annexes, and medical examination referrals.
Additionally, the intern will be responsible for keeping personnel records up-to-date, ensuring compliance, and managing the distribution and return of required documents during employment. The role also involves overseeing work time registration and providing ongoing support to the Work Time data portal, as well as assisting in tasks related to reporting working time and attendance.
Support for the monthly payroll cycle, including preparation and verification of payroll data for mandate contracts, is also a key responsibility. The intern will assist in HR compliance reporting and administration, ensuring proper record-keeping of employee data.
Responsibilities
be first point of contact for employees, together with HR Team support all employees queries related to personnel administration and requests regarding work and labor law issues
be the key contact person for New Joiners, organize onboarding for New Joiners including planning and setting up HR sessions
H&S trainings coordination
prepare, collect and manage all employment documents (contracts, referrals for medical examination, annexes, contract extensions, exit process)
keeping personnel records up-to-date, accurate and compliant, coordinating distribution and/or return of documents required during employment
overseeing work time registration and providing ongoing user support to Work Time data portal;
coordinating all tasks related reporting working time and attendance application
support monthly payroll cycle, incl. preparing and verification of payroll data related to contracts of
mandate; providing payroll processing support and report generation as requiredmanaging and performing HR compliance reporting and administration for all end-to-end processes; make reports in relation to employee’s data records
providing administrative support in implementation and administration of HR projects, and improving policies procedures
collaboration with internal accounting team, external HR vendors & providers.
Language Requirements
Proficient in English (minimum B2 level in reading, writing, and speaking) .
